A refund of the registration fee, less a $35.00 administrative fee will be issued upon notification of withdrawal from the Ball Hockey League, submitted via email by April 15, 2025. Withdrawal requests received after April 15, 2025 are not eligible to receive a refund unless accompanied by a doctor’s note that specifies the injury/illness that prevents the child from attending the league. A pro-rated refund will be issued once a doctor’s note is submitted. The administration fee still applies.
